On this 31st and final Day of the National Smile Month of August we leave it with a FreeStyle Smile! We have sported a great many different experiences on our face in a quest for amazement, curiosity and finding the value of the smile.

Today is about wearing whatever comes to mind all over your face. All month long the smile has opened an awareness to what is possible and asked us to delve, discover and delight in the power of the smile. We have created evidence in a pause for reflection at day’s end to note just what was experienced, only to find more than our minds might at first conceive.

Giving freely and without expectation has rewarded us in kind with the observances and awareness of the moment by moment opportunities that lie in the simple expression of gladness that is registered in the form of a smile expression.

Today be freestyle and wear every smile create all month, simply go with what feels right or tickle possibility. In all it’s simply a way to let the world know we are at home and the welcome mat is displayed with whatever flare we choose to unroll.

Observe our freestyle nature. What occurs when it is simply given no structure and flows in and out? What comes back and is it something that is working or not? Take what we will and move on to what’s next.

On this 30th Day of the National Smile Month of August make opportunity come to life by sporting a wily LifeStyle Smile!  In this smile bring all that pleases you into your smile and wear it as though it projected your lifestyle ….and create it so!

You are what you think about all day long, so why not imagine all that you are and all that you live is all that you want it to be. Sport a smile that says..I am all that! Today in the choice of smiles, wear the one that says opportunity has knocked and we answered the door.

Let the lifeStyle Smile depict the lifestyle you imagine and if where we are right now could stand some improvement, well then tuck some of that into the smile and wear it as if.

Consider the way that we put your smile on and how we wear it on our face. How many of us ever stop to consider the particular expression that we are wearing? Think of it as part of the ensemble we choose to attire ourselves in each day, whether it’s the comfortable baggy outfit that will suffice for a day of clean up or the splashy apparel for special occasions. The smile can have an edge of fashion to it as well.

With a consciousness about what we put on our face, apply the Cantabile Smile as a flowing and smooth accoutrement that will go with every outfit and suit every mood. We can then feel the same way today, smooth and flowing.

No matter what comes our way, smooth and flowing is the game face for today. Breathe in and exhale out smooth and flowing as a way to keep the Cantabile Smile in mind all day.

On this 27th Day of the National Smile Month of August revel in the fun and tingle sensation of the Vibratile Smile. It is warm and tingly all over and it begins in your core and oozes out to every pore!

Wear it as the feeling of knowing a secret and let it become pervasive inching across the entire real estate of your face. Notice if the tingles of excitement that you are feeling in this anticipation smile are coming from the idea of an impending opportunity that you like. That is sometimes all it takes to put one into a vibratory mood. The great benefit is that it is an endorphin rush on your body in which you feel amazing.

Oh let the feeling grow and when you are in that place of highest vibration, look about to see what else is there too. Are the things around you taking on a higher value or a deeper perspective than been given before? Are people around you feeling that shining opportunity to fall into a smile?

Become aware of all around you and what is and what isn’t vibrating in the bask of a smile. Note what you experience and feel amazed at all that you can take in when you look for it and keep an open mind.

Is there denial in your smile?

On this 26th Day of the August National Smile Month do you wear a Denial Smile? This is that smile that says I slipped right onto your face even though you didn’t appear to want me and I am sheepishly staying around. It’s also the type of smile that can’t be hidden when you are caught red handed at doing good…slowly the lips turn up and the cheeks rise and there it is telltale all over your face!

Take a look in the mirror and see how the muscles in your face appear different when you hold back the smile and then watch as you slowly let it matriculate all the way down your face. Enjoy the slow easy shift of facing it and placing it by taking it above the chin.

Now where else are you going to get a cake eating grin out of anyone? Look to the face of a child caught in the act, the innocence can not be denied as the truth of the matter is written all over their face. Find it in an adult and find it in an elder and learn from the delight they have in acting as if.

“Too much of a good thing is wonderful” a quote by the incomparable Mae West says it all.  Today be on the lookout for lots of smiles all piled up and what a fun find you will be on the lookout for. Ever notice that being on the lookout for fun is sure to get you some.
